ClearFrame 1.15.9

Choosing an access level in a task now takes effect. In a Self-Host task that had already run a shell command, picking Full access was refused while the task's persistent shell was open, and the access menu closed without saying so — the level looked stuck on whatever was already selected. ClearFrame now closes that shell before the change, so the level you pick is the level you get, and a switch that is still refused tells you why instead of closing silently. ClearFrame 1.15.9 is also the first release with Windows and Linux desktop downloads for x86_64: the Windows archive runs from where it is unpacked, and the Linux archive needs no installation at all. Both hold the same application as the Mac build, and each was unpacked and run on the platform it is for before it was published.
